Why stay at Islas del Rosario in Cartagena?

Where to stay in Rosario Islands

The main reason to stay on the Islas del Rosario is to really enjoy these dream beaches. We really don’t recommend the day tours, which always leave you disappointed!

The Baru peninsula and the Rosario islands boast some of the most beautiful beaches in Cartagena and some of the most beautiful beaches in Colombia. They can be both very touristy and very exclusive, a haven for some, a disappointment for others, you just have to know what to expect.

    Outings

Most of the islands are very small and offer no infrastructure apart from the hotels, all of which offer on-site dining.

    Transportation

From the center of Cartagena , there are many boats that can take you to the island of your choice, but the easiest way is to make arrangements with your hotel to find out the best way to reach it from the city center.
